Cookery – Cake decorating (Sugarcraft) – Beginners

(commences 19th September, 2018)
WEDNESDAY 7.30 – 9.45pm (10 weeks)
This course involves cakes (recipes), line tins properly, almond paste, roll out icing, crimping and piping with royal icing, sugar paste flowers, small figures, how to do plaques and cut out work. List of tools supplied on the first night. Ingredients not included.
