SOSA Dance Fitness:

“SOSA” stands for Solo Salsa- meaning NO partner is required!
It is a HIGH energy but LOW impact exercise with over 35 different dance styles - Chacha, Salsa, Rumba, Jive, Quickstep, Waltz, Soca, Tango- anything that you see on Strictly Come Dancing and Dancing With the Stars, we do!.. and more..

In each class every routine is broken down before we dance it so no one should feel left behind and that’s why beginners are ALWAYS welcome! We don’t just focus on one routine- but 8-10 different dance styles in each class.

All ages and abilities are in our classes too From 16-96
