Small Group Fitness (max 10 students)

Mirva Walsh TUESDAY 7.00 – 8.00pm (10 weeks)

This small group training session offers a personalised fitness experience built around your goals and current level of fitness, while doing it in a friendly, fun and encouraging group environment. Bring your own mat and be prepared to train outdoors. Only a max of 10 participants per course allowed. Prior to commencement of the course - students are requested to complete and return a questionnaire to establish their fitness levels and goals.
