This class is suitable for people with common ailments ie osteoporosis, back problems, MS, arthritis, blood pressure, etc. Also excellent for people suffering from insomnia. Hatha Yoga is a gentle type of yoga, yet is very effective. Come and improve your flexibility, health, and well being. You will experience improved mobility, breathing and a healthier lifestyle. Wear loose clothing and bring a yoga mat and a warm blanket.

The tutor, Frankie Heany, is 15 years qualified as a yoga instructor with YTI (Yoga Therapy Ireland).

Japanese Yoga:

A therapeutic form of yoga based on the principles of Traditional Chinese and Japanese Medicine. Emphasis on building core and back strength as well as flexibility, the mind-body connection, breathing and relaxation. Suitable for all ages and levels of ability.
