This Meditation Course is for the complete beginner or those who may wish to renew their meditation practice.
It is a course for all people who wish to calm busy minds, reduce tension in the body, and develop awareness of the present moment.

The course will teach Mindfulness Meditation as its primary meditation practice but will also explore a number of different forms of meditation. For example:-

- Silent meditation
- Visualisation meditation
- Sounds Meditation
- Loving Kindness Meditation
There will be short recommended home practices for each week, and a question and answer time for students at the end of each class. Students are encouraged to ask questions in these user friendly classes.
The tutor, Veronica Coughlan, has 20 years’ experience teaching Meditation Courses and 5 years teaching Mindfulness and Wellbeing Courses. Veronica has an I.C.M. (Institute of Corporate Management) Diploma in Mindfulness & Well-Being.
