Course Overview
This course will include:
1) Understanding the physiological demands of a sport
2) Elements of Performance
3) Effective On-Field Conditioning
4) Agility & Mobility
5) Speed development
6) Forms of Strength
7) Injury Resilience – keeping the athlete healthy
8) Age-appropriate training – eliminating misconceptions in the long-term development of the athlete
9) Resistance Training principles – creating an adaptive response

This course is appropriate for all sports coaches from U’13 onwards. No prior S&C experience or knowledge is required.
PLEASE NOTE THE FIRST 2-3 CLASSES TAKE PLACE IN A LOCAL GYM
