Yogalates – get the best of two worlds!
Yoga/Piltes Fusion combines the slow, fluid movements of traditional Vinyasa Yoga with the core stabilization and muscular control of Pilates for a perfect blend of exercise that builds flexibility, balance and strength.

The Tutor, Gosia Maughan is a Yoga and Pilates teacher with the 200H yoga teaching qualification and Pilates ITEQ qualification. She is a strong believer that teaching is more than giving instructions, as great importance lies with promoting a strong community spirit that encourages people to treat exercise as a tool for fostering a healthy lifestyle and wellbeing.

Gosia Maughan is the owner of “Holistic therapies by Gosia” where she teaches both Pilates and Yoga classes. She is also a holistic massage therapist.

Vinyasa Yoga–Breathwork

Reconnect with your inner self through the calming breathing technique and emerge in a moment with a gentle flow of asanas.  Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath.

Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike.

The variable nature of Vinyasa Yoga helps to develop a more balanced body as well as prevent repetitive motion injuries that can happen if you are always doing the same thing every day.

As a philosophy, Vinyasa recognizes the temporary nature of things.  We enter into a posture, are there for a while and then leave.

Beginners and Improvers welcome.
