It is a gentle process that does not require putting any extra strain on the body. Each person works within their own individual movement capability.

On this course we will look at everyday activities and interactions, exploring our responses to the many varied aspects of everyday life; letting go of unnecessary tensions. Using the principles of the Alexander Technique, learning about habits, and how the mind and body are interconnected. No previous experience necessary.

During the class there will be some relaxation exercises, so please wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat and/or blanket, and a small cushion for resting your head.

The tutor, Masoumeh, loves her work and enjoys seeing people grow in stature when they discover how their mind and body connect together. She has been giving Alexander Technique seminars and workshops in Ireland, London, Finland, Estonia, New Zealand, Argentina and Uruguay. She has been teaching the Alexander Technique, since the last century; and is actively engaged in the process of ongoing learning and development.
